Ironman picked up the art of the ‘Disc Jokey’ in early 2001 after re-editing some (UK garage) music and felt he could add his own stamp on the scene. Having started off with a pair of belt drives turntables he naturally progressed to direct drives allowing him to experiment with all genres of Music with a particular interest in UK Garage.

With a keen ear for music his skills developed and his reputation was further enhanced across the London Garage/Grime scene with huge support from popular hosts.

In 2004 based on his reputation and ability DJ Ironman was invited to join the collective known as “Krazy Hype”. The collective enabled him to develop his career, providing the listeners/club goers
with energetic and eccentric performances around the UK (Leicester, Birmingham, Brighton to name a few).

With remix abilities second to none, DJ Ironman attracted interest from The UK Funky Scene’s popular artist, such as Coldsteps, Riskgo and Ramzee subsequently working with them to create “Club Hits” within the scene.

With the success of The Just Funk discography, in Late 2008 DJ Ironman decided it was time to go solo. This enabled him to strengthen his brand and has held numerous successful events to date, This move has increased his profile nationwide with DJ Ironman popping up in all vicinities
across the UK with phenomenal performances .

DJ Ironman aims to take the art of disk jockeying to new “Artistry Heights” with a mixture of energetic performances and live music manipulation providing you the listener with unrivalled and original take on music as he see it.

Just Funk is DJ Ironman’s personal take on Music predominantly playing House. Established in 2006, Just Funk provides the audience with bespoke track selection, unique delivery, original remixes and most importantly orgasmic audible sound
